I called ahead looking for a shaper when Miss Karen answered the phone. She told me what I needed was there. When my sister & I arrived, she knew who I was & was ready to assist me. She asked if there was a specific type of compression I needed, & after explaining, she gave me a couple of options. She also gave me insight on how to actually shop for shape wear, as they may not run in the sizes that one may be expecting. She was right, & I got the one that she recommended. It was very comfortable. The store is very spacious with a large variety of what almost anything you're looking for. If not on-site, they can order for you or direct you to another one of their locations that did. We've been here a couple of times but I never wrote a review. Every visit has been great. Every single one! Miss Karen, I much appreciate you for your knowledge, kindness, courtesy, & patience. You were so easy to talk to & you literally made my day. I felt like family with you as well. I'm sure your family loves you for how sweet & caring you are. It's conveyed in your work ethic. You have lifetime customers with us. We love ya!💜

Susan is a miracle worker! She helped my mother find the perfect bras. The past few years we have been struggling to find a supportive and comfortable bra for her. Store after store and we were never able to find “the one”. Susan went above and beyond to find something my mother would love. She came home very happy with 2 new bras that are adorable, supportive, and very comfortable. I’m very pleased with Lane Bryant’s one on one customer service and Susan’s knowledge on all the product. We will be coming back soon!

It was my first trip to lane Bryant. I've heard from friends how nice they are to shop, and wasn't disappointed. The ladies working today were great. The shop was fairly busy, but they were completely in the zone. People moving in and out of dressing rooms , asked if they needed any assistance, helped to find clothing. And checked out in a friendly and orderly fashion. All with SMILE AN THANK-YOU. What a great experience

This has been my favorite Lane Bryant location for the last few years. The staff is friendly and always helpful. This time in particular, I needed to refresh my bras and was feeling open to something different than my usual. Marissa brought me what is now my ABSOLUTE new favorite style. I even ordered two more colors. (They have a wide variety of sizes! Mine is a little tricky). She was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for.

I have been to this store many, many times and always received great customer service. But today, my sales person Susan was phenomenal!!!! I wish I could say she was just nice to me because am an amazing customer (wink, wink), but I witnessed her extend the same above and beyond helpful customer service to a few other ladies she was assisting. Plus size women now have many choices in shopping options, but great customer service will keep folks coming in the door😊

This is my favorite LB to shop! As with everywhere, there are one or two employees that do not enjoy their job; but every time my mom and I go in the girls take very good care of us. I feel like I have a personal shopper when Julie is working! She is always willing to help me pick things out, and encourages me to step out of my usual comfort zone. Shopping isn't as stressful when it feels like you're shopping with super helpful friends.

I went to visit this store to check out their bras. Since I normally purchased my bras from Ashley Stewart. When i walked into the store, it was very neat, perfect lighting, and a huge bra selection. Much greater than AS. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested doing measurements before we began looking at bras. Of course, my size had changed. She made a suggestion as to the kind i should try and let me tell you. IT WAS PERFECT. My size was not available in the store, so she ordered the bra online for me. With the option to pick up at the store or have it delivered to my address. We did run into a small problem with making the payment, but the manager on shift that day was very creative and amazing.

Julie and staff helped me pick out an entire new wardrobe- top, bottoms, and bras- when I happened to wander over on the evening before Thanksgiving with less than one hour before close. Granted, I will not show up last minute like that again (terrible manners on my part! I couldn't believe they were still open!) but they were incredibly helpful and I got amazing deals and such comfortable clothes. I look and feel gorgeous, which is such a confidence boost! While there, I also learned that I can call in advance for one-on-one appointments and get outfits and fittings at my next visit. I will definitely be doing that! Thank you!

I met Christie, (a store manager) and she was the most sweetest and helpful person you could meet. Her store had a very nice collection of merchandise and was very neat and clean. She was the ONLY ONE who told me how to access my rewards and thoroughly explained them whereas the other stores I shopped didn't bother. It's people like her that make me smile and feel appreciated as a customer, especially one that will refer others and return being satisfied with the amount of professionalism that she had given.
